Mission

Identify countries and local national pastors within the countries that are engaged or want to be engaged in the church planting process. Provide support for the local national pastors through sister church relationships, finances, training materials, clothing, medical supplies and humanitarian relief, and other means as allowed.

Vision 

Planting Christian grace-based churches, primarily in closed or formerly closed foreign countries, by coming alongside the efforts of local nationals.
