Grace Missions International, Inc. (GMI) is currently in the process of identifying places around the world where God seems especially active in planting new churches. We are also identifying pastors within those countries ready to plant churches, but who lack necessary support, training or equipment. We intend to form long-term relationships with these men (and women) and partner with them to fulfill the vision God has laid on their hearts.    

The type of support we can offer these risk-taking church planters varies with the politics and regulations of each country. It also varies with the relationship between the United States and the country.  

However, one thing has come through loud and clear in our research: the greatest need in the persecuted church is warm and loving contact between Christians in the U.S. and the Christians in these other countries.  We aim to meet this need by forming sister church partnerships as well as sister small group partnerships which are not subject to politics or regulations.

GMI Board members have mission and church planting experiences in Europe, Russia, Ukraine, and Cuba with our primary focus now being Cuba.  Countries for expansion include Asian countries like China and Vietnam. Our sights are also set on other regions of the world where God seems to be working in a powerful way.

The sister church relationships we establish provide spiritual encouragement for the pastors and key laypeople, as well as tangible things like literature, training, musical instruments, and equipment.  This link becomes a life-line between American churches networked with GMI and their sister churches around the world. Many times the only contact the churches have had outside their country is with loving caring Christians who are part of the GMI network.

• 4 pastors and 23 local missionaries in central Cuba are being supported
• Missionary Training Center is being
supported in central Cuba that will graduate 10 new missionaries every year. First graduates in 04/06.
