William Rodman MacIlvaine III –   Chairman of the Board.  Rod moved to Bartlesville in 1995 with wife Cindy and their four children to plant Grace Community Church.    He received his BBA from Southern Methodist University and his ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary.  Before being involved in local church ministry Rod served on the staff of Search Ministries, dedicated to lifestyle evangelism and discipleship.  Rod has been involved in church planting activities in Russia and Cuba and his passion is communicating God’s grace.

Edward L. Schmidt – Vice Chairman and President.  Ed and Susan moved to Bartlesville in 1992 with their two daughters.  Ed served is an elder at Grace Community Church responsible for missions. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Engineering Management from the Missouri School of Mines. Ed and Susan have served in the Ukraine as teachers for Precept Ministries at St. James Bible College.  Thirty years of sales and marketing experience, 12 internationally, have given Ed the head for business and the heart for missions and discipleship.

Joseph W. Kaufman – Secretary of the Board.  Joe and his wife Sheryl are long time residents of Bartlesville and Joe has worked with Conoco Phillips in the areas of Technical and Business Planning and Strategy.  Joe has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University.  He has been the elder responsible for Small Groups and Assimilation at Grace Community Church and was a founding member of the Board for On The Rock Ministries in Bartlesville.

Denis A. Doe –Treasurer of the Board.  Denis and Sheri, his wife, have been residents of Bartlesville since 1979. Denis has been the Administrator for Wesleyan Christian School and Day Care and the Wesleyan Church.  He also served on the Public Relations and Fund Raising Staff at Oklahoma Wesleyan University and is currently the Practice Administrator fro a local Eye Clinic and Surgery Center.  Denis brings strengths in all of the administrative areas of business.  

Jeffery Grisham – Jeff, Mary Ann and their four children are founding members of Grace Community Church in Bartlesville and Jeff currently serves as an elder.  He has a BS in Chemistry from SMU and a MD from Oklahoma University and operates a successful Eye Clinic and Surgery Center in Bartlesville.  Jeff and Mary Ann are Board members of KLife Ministries and Jeff has done missions in Russia and Cuba.  His passion is one on one mentoring and discipleship.

Charles Holland, Jr. – Chuck received his MD from Oklahoma University and a BS in Biology from Oklahoma State University.  He has a very successful Ear, Nose, Throat and Surgery practice in Bartlesville.  Chuck, Robin, and their three sons were founding members of Grace Community Church where Chuck has been worship leader and is an elder.  Chuck’s passions are worship, especially through music, and missions having participated in trips to Russia and Cuba.

David Rumph – David is an MD with a successful OB/GYN practice in Bartlesville. David, Ann and their two children are founding members of Grace Community Church.  David is an elder with responsibility for Children and Youth ministries.  He has routinely participated in medical missions to Honduras.  David is particularly gifted in the area of teaching and enjoys applying this gift to ministry at Grace Community Church and to the Boy Scouts.
