Edward L. Schmidt – Chairman, Secretary, and President. Ed and his family moved to Bartlesville in 1992.  After service with Seabee Teams in Viet Nam and 34 years in sales and marketing, Ed retired and then served seven and a half years as the Executive Pastor for Grace Community Church and served fourteen years as an elder.  He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a MS in Engineering Management from the Missouri School of Mines and Metallurgy.  Ed’s zeal is for God’s word and its application in missions/discipleship, and, for the families of his two daughters.

Dale  E. Willis - Vice-chairman and Treasurer.  Dale is an Associate Pastor/ Missions Pastor at Grace Community Church in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.  He is married to Cindy and has three sons and five beautiful grandchildren.
